The information and materials used on this site are reserved by S.C. Hotel Capitol S.A. Hotel Capitol S.A., is prohibited; all such elements are protected under copyright law.

Data and information are presented on the S.C. Hotel Capitol S.A. website for informational purposes only. S.C. Hotel Capitol S.A. reserves the right to modify or change the content and structure of the website at any time without prior notice.

  • 3.2. Offering products and/or services to you.
  • 3.3. Billing.
  • 3.4. Resolving your requests, questions or complaints.
  • 3.5. Conducting market and product research and marketing the products and services of S.C. Hotel Capitol S.A. and of its associated companies/partners.
  • 3.6. Contacting you (including by post, email, fax, text message, pager or telephone) regarding offers of products and services of S.C. Hotel Capitol S.A. and its associated companies/partners, or regarding third-party products and services we believe may be of interest to you (unless you have submitted a written request not to be contacted in this manner).
  • 3.7. Allocating or offering any rewards, discounts or benefits.

Art. 4. Disclosure of information

S.C. Hotel Capitol S.A. is entitled to disclose information to:

  • 4.1. Associated companies/partners, who may use the information for the same purposes as S.C. Hotel Capitol S.A.
  • 4.2. Third parties specified in Art. 3.6.
  • 4.3. Credit-tracking agencies (unless otherwise agreed) which are entitled to exchange information about you with other organisations and may keep records of persons with outstanding debts.

Art. 5. Transfer of information outside Romania

In achieving the purposes specified in Art. 1, S.C. Hotel Capitol S.A. has the right to transfer information to third-party companies abroad.

Art. 6. Your rights

6.1. Regarding the processing of information, please be advised that you have the following rights:

a) to obtain, upon request and free of charge for one request per year, confirmation that data concerning you is being processed by us;

b) to object at any time, on well-founded and legitimate grounds related to your particular situation, to data concerning you being processed, except where there are legal provisions to the contrary. In the case of justified opposition, the processing will no longer concern the data in question;

c) to object, at any time, free of charge and without justification, to data concerning you being processed for direct marketing purposes, on behalf of S.C. Hotel Capitol S.A. or a third party, or being disclosed to third parties for such purposes;

d) to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority if you consider that your data has not been processed in accordance with the law.

6.2. For situations referred to in lit. a), b) and c) you will submit a written, dated and signed request. In the request you will specify whether you wish to receive the information at a specific address (including email) or through a correspondence service that ensures personal delivery only.

6.3. S.C. Hotel Capitol S.A. will communicate the measures adopted / information requested within 15 days from receipt of the request.

Links to other sites from this site are provided for your convenience only. If you use these links, you will leave the Hotel Capitol site. S.C. Hotel Capitol S.A. has not reviewed these sites, does not control them and is not responsible for these sites or their content. Accordingly, S.C. THE MATERIALS AND SERVICES OFFERED BY THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. S.C. Hotel Capitol S.A. does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the materials or services on this site. S.C. If the use of the materials, information or services on this site results in the need for service, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume all related costs. This site is managed by S.C. Hotel Capitol S.A. from its offices in Bucharest, Romania. S.C. Hotel Capitol S.A. does not represent that the materials or services on this site are appropriate or available for use outside Romania, nor that access from territories where their content is illegal or prohibited is permitted. You may not use/export the materials and services from this site or any copy or adaptation that violates any applicable law or regulation, including without limitation the laws and regulations of the Romanian state. If you access the site from outside Romania, you do so at your own risk. These conditions will be complied with in accordance with Romanian law.

S.C. Hotel Capitol S.A. may change these conditions at any time by modifying this notice. You should visit this page periodically to review these conditions. Certain provisions of these conditions may be superseded by certain notices or legal conditions located on certain pages of the site.

Check-in / Check-out

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Early check-in: EUR 40 between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM; 100% before 7:00 AM
  • Check-out: 12:00 PM
  • Early departure fee: 30% of the room rate from the date of booking
  • Late check-out fee: EUR 40 room rate between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM; 100% of the room rate if later than 4:00 PM
  • No show: 100% of the room rate

Cancellations

The cancellation policy may vary depending on the rate or the booking dates. Please consult your booking confirmation to view the cancellation policy. If you need additional assistance, call the hotel directly. In general, cancellations can be made with 48 hours' notice in writing for individual bookings and with 4 working days' written notice for groups.

If cancellation terms are not respected, guests will pay 100% of the room rate.

Smoking

Rooms: All hotel rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in rooms will be penalised with RON 500.

Smoking areas: Guests are welcome to smoke in dedicated areas. Our staff will guide you to all smoking areas.
